Enjoy a curated selection of dark beers, wines and spirits from the breweries and wineries around Eveleigh and Australia. Sip on a decadent line-up of tipples from big dark heart beers and quirky brews to mulled ciders, speciality spirits and an array of wines from several artisanal suppliers.

Popping up for two evenings in Innovation Plaza you can munch on a range of delicious dishes from a handful of local eats including - 

Firepop 
Firepop is an award-winning pop-up restaurant with focus on cooking with fire and local Australian produce. Be sure to try their not-to-be-missed signature items – the OG (New England lamb with sesame and cumin dukkah) and the Butter (Fullblood Wagyu MBS9+ with Olsson’s sea salt blossoms and garlic chip crumbs).

Pepper Seeds Boutique Thai Bites
Devour tasty Thai dishes with a modern twist. The special menu includes chicken mince with chilli & basil with rice berry and dark soy egg and Kao Soi Chicken Thai Laksa.

Archie Rose Distilling Co.
Founded in 2014 and located in Sydney, Australia,  Archie Rose Distilling Co. is Australia’s most highly awarded distillery. With conviction, they strive to re-define Australia’s rich tradition in distilling by producing a diverse range of whiskies, gins, vodkas and rums, as well as one-off collaborations, limited releases and spirits experiences. Archie Rose will be showcasing a variety of their dark spirits including core range whiskies, rums, plus limited edition products and a negroni. Tastings will be available across a variety of spirits.

Lark and Forty Spotted Gin
The #1 Luxury Australian Whisky, LARK Distilling Co, will be bringing the moods of Tasmanian winter to Sydney with their highly anticipated Winter Single Malt Whisky, DARK LARK. Crowned Whisky of the Year 2022 by the Australian Whisky Awards, DARK LARK returns with this years Limited Edition. Alongside LARK, Tasmania’s #1 Gin, Forty Spotted will be mixing up their warming winter cocktails, featuring their rich and delicious Pinot Noir Gin, and their famous Black Forest Negroni.
 

P&V Wine + Liquor Merchants
P&V Wine + Liquor Merchants is a purveyor of amazing Australian and imported natural wines, a supporter of local and craft beers, a dealer in Australian and unique, artisan spirits, sake, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.

Vinden Wines
Vinden Wines, formerly known as Vinden Estate, was founded in 1990 and is now under the guidance of award-winning, second-generation winemaker and viticulturist Angus Vinden. All of their wines are handcrafted at our winery on Vinden Estate, with minimal intervention on-site, from hand-picked grapes. Their two vineyard sites are our Vinden Estate vineyard and old vine blocks at Somerset vineyard in Pokolbin, Hunter Valley, where Angus was mentored under the fifth generation grower Glen Howard.

BrewDog South Eveleigh
BrewDog South Eveleigh is in the iconic Locomotive Workshop of the historic South Eveleigh precinct serving up their famous headliner beers, limited releases as well as ‘BrewDog & Friends’ guest beer tap takeovers & collaborations.

Wildflower Brewing & Blending 
Ales made on Gadigal-Wangal land. Wildflower was co-founded in 2016 by brothers-in-law Topher Boehm and Chris Allen. Since opening we have remained focused on making balanced, nuanced beer that are welcoming and nourishing.

Yulli's Brews
Yulli's Brews craft beer brewery is dedicated to producing beer that could both stand alone in your every day pub and also accompany food in a fine dining experience. Beer that a bunch of friends or strangers can sit around, laugh and enjoy together! Like a good dish, each beer has a focus on balance; with malt bills and hop regimes dedicated to this goal.

Batch Brewing Co.
Founded in 2013 by Chris & Andrew, we are an Inner West based, Australian craft brewery with a focus on unique, handcrafted, small batch beers with deep connection to our community. We brew and release new limited release beers regularly, and have a core line of top selling beers in bottle shops, pubs, online and at our own venues.

Wayward Brewing Co.
Carpe Bierum with Wayward Brewing Co, a community brewery that pays homage to the classic European styles while creating all-natural beer with a distinctly Wayward twist. The team is not afraid to go off the beaten track and hope that, in doing so, they create something that people are excited to drink and share with friends and family.
