TEDxSydney 2021: Discover a world of POSSIBLE
There’s no better place to experience the TEDxSydney Main Event Watch Party than at Eveleigh Works on Friday 26 November and discover a world of POSSIBLE.
TEDxSydney’s theme for 2021 is POSSIBLE, at Eveleigh Works you will hear from a host of presenters and performers about where we go from here, what innovations are just around the corner and what stories of ingenuity and resilience we can learn from?
Just-announced speakers include Phosphorescence author, award-winning journalist and The Drum host Julia Baird and ARIA Award-winning singer-songwriter Josh Pyke, while globally renowned whistler Molly Lewis will perform, and Afghan-Australians Dorr’e Dari present their poetry. Then there’s Sydney-based drummer, composer, instrument designer and researcher Alon Ilsar who will collaborate with composer, media artist and researcher Ciaran Frame.
Also having their voices heard will be Northern Territory-raised singer, songwriter, actor, playwright and storyteller Ursula Yovich, and an appearance by one of the world’s most in-demand entertainers, vocal artist Catherine Alcorn.
Purchase a ticket to the TEDxSydney Main Event hosted by Eveleigh Works and you’ll not only be inspired by an array of awesome performers and speakers, broadcast live from the Sydney Opera House, your ticket also includes an all-day catering experience.
That includes a delicious lunch from Kylie Kwong’s eatery, Lucky Kwong. There is afternoon tea from local foodies Urban Cooking Collective as well as a few cold beverages by the legends at Mountain Goat Brewery and hot drinks by Allpress Espresso.
At South Eveleigh’s TEDxSydney event, you’ll discover more about our world, our work and ourselves that once may have been inconceivable, as well as what are some of the biggest challenges facing us today?
