DJs Keep The Good Vibes Rolling
What’s an Alfresco Disco without the disco! To keep everyone entertained throughout the day and night South Eveleigh has Sydney’s best DJs ready to lay down some stellar beats.
A mirror-ball dancefloor also awaits guests who want to bust out their best moves. Those putting hand to decks in the series of DJ tag or battle include Levins taking on Joyride and The Original Roman vs Boogie Fingers.
Andrew Levins is a DJ, chef, writer and doting dad known for his retro 90s Rhythm of the Night party and is one of the DJs behind Sydney's long-running rap party Halfway Crooks. Joyride is a Sydney inner westy with a career spanning three decades. He has a gold record for his work with One Day and is one half of ARIA award-nominated Aus-alt-pop multimedia juggernaut The Meeting Tree.
Also on stage are Ayabatonye, a multidisciplinary artist, curator and DJ of Nigerian heritage working and living on Gadigal Land, Deepa, host of FBi Radio’s Saturday Sunset and one half of jazz-loving party duo Honey Point, and Tyson Koh, longtime host of FBi Radio’s ‘Loose Joints’ and programmer of events such as the Commonwealth Games, FIBA World Basketball Championships, Sydney Festival and the Sydney Biennale.
The FBi Stage will be operating from 12pm through to 10pm on Friday.
