From the quintessential coffee lover to the curious kid, guests are invited to step into an immersive sensory experience like no other – behind the curtains of the coffee cup. At the heart of The Factory is a working roastery that immerses guests in the roasting process. Visitors can watch Head Roaster Nick Ferguson, an original member of The Grounds’ team since its opening in 2012, in action. As they do, they can enjoy a mouth-watering menu crafted to complement the rich flavours of coffee. Every little step to the art of coffee will be brought to life right before your eyes, as guests will be invited to see where it all starts in the rawest form. 

Take your time and enjoy 2 hours free parking on weekdays - simply validate your parking at the venue with a dine-in purchase. On weekends, enjoy 2 hours free parking with no validation required.
