R U OK? Day falls on Thursday, September 8 and it’s a reminder for us to reach out to our family, friends and co-workers, start meaningful conversations and check in on each other’s wellbeing.

Gather your friends and family and shoot some hoops at the South Eveleigh Basketball Court from 12-2pm. No booking is required and the basketballs will be provided. Bodyfit Platinum will be giving out freebies, free gym passes and water at the court. You can also join their R U OK? Day competition - there are 5 one-month gym memberships up for grabs!
