Deep House Yoga (3 & 17 September, 8 & 22 October) 
Explore the power of breath, sound & movement through asanas accompanied by a live DJ, finding stillness through meditation to finish in bliss with a sound healing bath. All levels are welcome. Expect epic sound system, deep bass and good vibes!

Immersive Sound Healing (4 & 16 September, 9 & 23 October)
Powered by Neuroscience, this Somatic Healing Session incorporates mind/body/spirit connection through a unique combination of holistic modalities including breathwork, mindfulness, sound healing, meditation, brainwave entrainment, and emotional freedom techniques to support optimal health and wellbeing on all levels.

Ecstatic Dance (2 & 4 September, 7 & 21 October)
Experience the freedom of freestyle dance with hi-fidelity sound, word-class DJs, a beautiful community and intentionally clean energy on Friday night. No words, no booze, no nonsense... Just dance.
