Festival Feasts

Sydney Festival 2023 has partnered with Re, Eat Fuh, Pepper Seeds Boutique Thai Bites and BrewDog South Eveleigh for their Festival Feasts. Exclusive $30 and $55 menus will be on offer from January 5-29, because a great art experience isn't complete without great company and a delicious meal. 

Re’s 'The Art of Summer' Set Menu will be $55pp:

- Whipped chicken liver, chicken skin cereal, fermented stone fruit
- Whole Beast Butchery beef, oyster mayo, pickled lettuce
- Side of triple cooked chips
- White chocolate & miso mousse, raspberry & lime

 + Also includes: French martini seltzer Ketel One Vodka, tepache or bees wax blackberry soda

Eat Fuh's 'The Art of Summer' Set Menu will be $30pp:

- Any entrée
- Bánh xèo  (crispy Vietnamese pancake)

Vegan, vegetarian & gluten free options available

Pepper Seeds Boutique Thai Bites' 'The Art of Summer' Set Menu will be $30pp (minimum 2 people)

- Grilled scallop or tangy prawn
- Stir-fry eggplant wonder or hung lay beef curry
- Steamed rice

 + Also includes: 1 x non-alcoholic beverage per person

BrewDog South Eveleigh's 'The Art of Summer' Set Menu will be $55 (to share)

Buffalo chicken wings, southern fried chicken strips, cleaver smashed cucumbers, fries, sweet potato fries, blue cheese dip, garlic mayo

 + Also includes: 2 schooners of BrewDog Elvis Juice American IPA 2
