About Our Host & Speakers

Luke Cook
Luke Cook is a seasoned leader in cultural transformation, dedicating over two decades to inspiring positive change in individuals and organisations. Starting his journey in radio, he evolved into a senior leader, helping companies enhance their culture. Embracing his identity as an ideas man, change maker, and connector, he has navigated challenges such as burnout, personal tragedy, and reinventing a business overnight.
Luke's purpose was crystallised with the launch of Cuppa.tv, a platform that leverages storytelling and conversations to transform lives and unite communities. His mission is to make the world a better place, one conversation at a time, guiding others to transform pivotal moments into lasting movements and rallying communities around missions that transcend personal interests.
A key aspect of his work involves providing practical tools related to his five impact personas, which can either obstruct or enhance success in driving change. His passion extends to addressing societal issues, personal trauma, and workplace culture, all guided by his values of hope, connection, openness, truth, spirituality, authenticity, vulnerability, and strength.
Ren Fernando
Ren Fernando is deeply committed to social and environmental change. Ren is both an architect and artist and Co-Founder of ReLove. Relove is a charity that supports women and children moving out of crisis refuges by providing them with high-quality furniture that would otherwise go to waste. Along with her Co-Founder Ben Stammer, Ren started ReLove in response to the increase in domestic and family violence during COVID. As an architect trained in sustainability, Ren saw an opportunity to reduce furniture waste and support those in need at the same time.
Ren is a Snow Entrepreneur, 2022 and 2023 AMP Tomorrow Maker, Finalist Marie Claire Woman of the Year Eco Warrior, NSW Local Woman of the Year, Maroubra and 2021 Westfield Local Hero.
Yasmin London
Yasmin London is a dynamic entrepreneur, media talent and Global Online Safety Advisor and Brand Director at Qoria, a trailblazing technology company committed to ensuring every young person thrives in their digital life. At Qoria, Yasmin works to protect over 23 million children in 27,000 schools across the world, building their Digital Resilience. As a former world champion athlete and ex-police officer, Yasmin's remarkable journey from elite sports to entrepreneurship and global brand leadership makes her a powerhouse in addressing the challenges faced by professionals and change-makers alike.
Nik Robinson
Nik has had many careers - radio broadcaster, creative director, donut maker and lecturer. He is passionate about using his creative skills to solve problems and make a positive difference, so in 2018, he set up Good Citizens with his young kids to take on the world’s plastic issue. It would take 752 days and thousands of failed attempts to finally launch Good Citizens Eyewear in April 2020. Good Citizens has one mission - to untrash the planet™ by turning trash into good.
Good Citizens turns single-use plastic bottles into sunglasses frames. The frames are 100% recycled and made in Australia. Within just a few months of launching, Good Citizens was awarded two prestigious 2020 Good Design Awards and The Design Files Sustainable Idea of 2020 plus Selfridges in London gave the brand an entire window.
In 2021, Nik was acknowledged as 'Time Out’s Sustainability Future Shaper', shaping the sustainable future of Sydney and in 2022, the business was voted one of the 'Top 20 Coolest Retailers in Australia'.
The story has taken Nik to the United Nations, a feature in Forbes US and keynote speeches alongside big name CEOs at global summits, as well as talking to leadership teams of some of the world’s most respected brands including Google and Tesla.
Nik donates his time to lecture at numerous Australian universities including RMIT, UTS and UNSW to inspire the next generation to think cleverly about using recycled materials in products and designing for end of life.
Rob Caslick
The idea of connecting people through food has stuck with Rob since his grandmother introduced him to a soup kitchen at the age of 12. In 2010, as an engineer in the construction industry, he founded an organic soup kitchen in Sydney's Kings Cross. Two Good Co. was born out of a failed attempt to scale the soup kitchen. Realising that their social impact was far greater working with women who have experienced domestic violence, Two Good Co. pivoted to focus on a mission to change the course of the lives of vulnerable women. With the support of many great people and companies Two Good Co. is on a mission to self fund the employment of 80 vulnerable women a year, every year through the businesses.
