Hayden Quinn's Visit

Make sure you watch Hayden Quinn when he brings Taste of Australia to South Eveleigh this week, airing on Channel Ten on September 12 at 4.30pm.

On his visit, Hayden hits the historic Eveleigh Works, the largest and most technologically advanced blacksmith workshop in the Southern Hemisphere, where blacksmith and toolmaking teacher Matt Mewburn shows him how to make his own cooking knife. His visit is also a great way to celebrate History Week, September 4-12 which this year has the theme From the Ground Up.
