Noodles And Cocktails Are Just The Ticket

Two of South Eveleigh’s flagship venues – Kylie Kwong’s LUCKY KWONG and Matt Whiley’s Re bar – join forces to deliver a delicious ticketed-only menu of noodles and cocktails available exclusively at ALFRESCO  DISCO.

For just $30 + BF, Lucky Kwong’s bespoke dish is HOKKIEN NOODLES with raw Hiramasa kingfish and sticky pork, plus Australian native herbs from South Eveleigh’s own gardens and Lucky Kwong’s special dressing. The vegetarian option is pickled carrot, asparagus and vegetables while the vegan version is a salad of five-spice tofu, fresh black fungus and vegetables. In the drinks department, Matt Whiley’s Re bar is creating crafty cocktails using the finest spirits and utilising often-wasted restaurant produce. On his drinks menu are the ARTIFICER of sherry cask soda, coffee chaff whisky, cascara, cardamom milk and sunrise lime or the MARKET & GROWERS made with surplus whole fruit, Tanqueray, mango and ancho chilli, Poor Man’s Orange, cryo-strawberry gum plus, plus red or white wines and Yullis Sea Bass beer. 

Tickets can be purchased here, with each ticket holder receiving a choice of one noodle dish and one drink. Additional alcoholic beverages – cocktails $15, wine or beer $8 – can be purchased from the RE pop-up bar with EFTPOS.
