Fresh New Flavours at Steve Costi's Famous Fish

Steve Costi’s Famous Fish at South Eveleigh has just launched a fresh new menu, a celebration of sustainably sourced Australian seafood that is all cooked fresh to order.

The carefully sourced menu features delectable new dishes such as the grilled Coral Coast Barramundi, MSC Certified New Zealand crispy battered Hake and buttermilk crispy battered halloumi. There are abundant healthy options available in the form of vibrant salads such as the beetroot, horseradish & trout salad and the lobster salt & garden pea hummus with rocket pesto.

There's something for everyone, including a sweet tooth. A brand new soft serve machine has arrived to serve a variety of refreshing flavours on rotation. The menu is accessible and affordable with a daily changing fish special such as grilled butterflied Ulladulla blue mackerel with chermoula or panko crumbed New Zealand Monkfish served with chips, salad, tartare sauce, pickles and lemon for only $14.95.
