Redfern Station Upgrade Update June 2022
A single lane closure on Lawson Street will be in place during Saturday 18 June at 8am - Monday 20 June at 6am and Saturday 25 June at 8am to Monday 27 June at 6am for service investigation, excavation and stormwater installation at the corner of Little Eveleigh Street and Lawson Street.
There will be a temporary road closure on Rosehill and Marian Street and a detour via Margaret Street from Wednesday 1 June to Thursday 30 June for the following activities:
- Excavation and rock breaking
- Backfilling and concreting
- Service stormwater and drainage installation
- Pavement installation
- Underground services exploration
Changes to Parking:
- Up to 20 parking spaces will be temporarily unavailable on Rosehill Street from Wednesday 1 June to Thursday 30 June
- Up to 10 additional parking spaces will be temporarily unavailable on Rosehill Street from Wednesday 1 June to Friday 17 June
- Up to six parking spaces will be temporarily unavailable on Wilson Street from Wednesday 8 June to Monday 27 June.
